Who we are

Shelfshoot is operated by Rasmus Echwald Andersen ApS (CVR DK43046772), Ejstrupvej 1, 9520 Skørping, Denmark.

Data we process

• Account data: company name, email, hashed login credentials.
• Product content: photos you capture, product identifiers, resulting images.
• Integration credentials, stored encrypted and used only to publish your images.
• Usage data: scan counts and billing events.
• Newsletter data: email address, language and signup source.
• Messages you send us via the contact form.

How we use it

To deliver the service, operate billing, provide support and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data.

Legal basis

We process data to perform our contract with you, and send the newsletter only with your consent.

Sub-processors

• Cloudflare — hosting, storage and delivery.
• Stripe — subscription payments.
• Background-removal providers — process images transiently.
• Your connected commerce platform — receives the images you publish.

Retention

Rejected scans are deleted after 30 days. Account data is kept while your account is active. Newsletter emails are deleted two years after signup.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, to withdraw newsletter consent at any time, and to complain to Datatilsynet.
